History
of La Marmite Owners Renzo Pedrazzi and Manuel Gomes set high standards for their restaurant, which is expected since they bring a combined 60+ years of restaurant experience. Both Renzo and Manuel trained in Europe and worked in the finest restaurants in Manhattan including the Four Seasons and Quo Vadis. It is their knowledge and expertise that makes La Marmite the fine dining establishment that it is today.

years in business Renzo and Manuel say the secret to their success is
consistency. They always serve exceptional food by a professional wait staff.
The restaurant is set in an old Victorian mansion built at the turn of the
century and is surrounded by beautiful landscape. Elegant and sophisticated, the
dining rooms are spacious and were designed to keep sound levels down to ensure
comfort for guests. Some favorite dishes are rack of lamb, stuffed Cornish hen, medallions of fresh salmon and homemade pasta. The extensive wine list features 125 selections to make certain you will find a wine to compliment your meal. La Marmite offers private parties, wine tastings & catering.
